How to Take
The dosage of Zoloft (Sertafine) is prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than recommended to avoid potential danger for your health. Zoloft (Sertafine) can be taken with or without food. Taking medicine at the same time each day will help you to remember to take it and that will have a better effect of use. The usual starting dose for adults to treat depression is 50 mg a day.
